AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of
the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand, to the bureau of commerce - West Virginia
development office, fund 8705, fiscal year 2000, organization
0307, supplementing and amending the appropriation for the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand.
WHEREAS, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for continuing programs now available for expenditure
in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand,
which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary
appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand, to fund 8705, fiscal year
2000, organization 0307, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by one million, four hundred thousand
dollars in the line item as follows:
